About Me

From a young age, I have always been the "swiss knife" of my entourage. The one you call when something is wrong. The one who will find solutions to every issue that might come along the way. It used to bother me a lot but with time I developed quite a knack for it. Nowadays I even enjoy it!

As I have gotten older, I have realized the importance of doing what you love, not just occasionally, but through what you spend the most time on: your job.

Prior to becoming a designer, I worked as an event planner for over a decade. Working in the hospitality industry taught me how to work in a team as planning events involve an array of suppliers needing to work in unison to deliver the perfect product.

Unfortunately, the emergence of covid really put things in perspective for me career wise as event planning suddenly became obsolete for a couple of years. Working and caring for people, solving problems, and being creative is what I love to do and that's why I decided to transition into UX and UI design. One of the best decisions I have made so far.

I believe that my background in event planning and business is ideal in the process of finding solutions to meet both the user and the stakeholder's needs.

When I'm not in front of my computer, you will find me either baking, practicing yoga, or traveling. One weekend getaway a month to recharge the batteries is a must, preferably by the sea.
